All products on our website are described as precisely as possible. Occasionally there might be inaccuracies or typos. If a product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund. You can choose to wait for the product or have it dispatched as soon as it becomes available.

Products are covered by the warranties of the manufacturers, if any. Products are exclusively sold for legal purposes.

Shipping

We provide in-store handling and ship from the local post office to minimise our carbon output. Your orders will arrive via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class to ensure a swift*, tracked delivery.

Returns

Contact us via phone, mail, or email for authorization before returning any items. Returns without prior consent from Apothecary Edinburgh will be sent back at your expense. Items purchased from this website can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty Products / Damaged Items:

On the rare occasion you receive a faulty item, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement. Notify us within 14 days of receipt if you require a replacement; we will not entertain claims for damaged or faulty items not reported within this timeframe. We will cover the cost of returning the faulty item to us.
PLEASE NOTE: You are purchasing authentic, fresh seeds, guaranteed. Our seeds are as you would find in any reputable seedbank in Holland, competitively priced due to our significant presence in the UK cannabis seed market. However, we offer no guarantees beyond the quality and condition of the seeds at the time of purchase, especially regarding germination rates, as this is a risk inherent to the buyer in countries where cannabis cultivation is permitted.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required prior to shipment.
For telephone orders, please note the product names of the items you want to purchase and have your credit or debit card ready. We will process your telephone order while you're on the call. Please note that we can only deliver telephone orders to your card billing address.
Any legal disputes related to card processing will be governed by British Law.
